Terrell is aware that no human being is perfect. But he’s not giving up hope that today’s lessons will constantly inspire us to grow into stronger and better versions of ourselves for tomorrow. 

In mid 2017, Terrell transitioned into an entirely new mindset with a change to living a plant-based lifestyle. On his 2019 Carnage The Executioner album, “Ravenous,” Terrell candidly shares his past struggles with every level of over-consumption & maintaining healthy body weight. Through sincere honestly, Terrell illustrates his experience of often embracing negativity, over-eating & attracting whatever attention he could ingest. This evolution and improved diet immediately lead Terrell to create a grassroots movement he called Plant-Based Poets. This was Terrell’s attempt to unite people who cherish food, support every art form (specifically music), and respect the world we live in. August of 2021 saw Terrell receiving the Kenny Feldman Award through CAA (Compassionate Action For Animals), which acknowledges individuals who show empathy for animals and emit love for Planet Earth.

“I strongly believe in the similarities between the food we consume, the words we absorb, and the music we listen to. Healthier eating replenishes our hungry bodies and nourishes our thriving souls. Even occasional strays from resource-draining actins can foster a sustainability that contributes to the healing of our precious planet. Vibration from orchestrated audio influences us in ways we don’t often acknowledge. Rhythms and melodies make us to move and allow us celebrate culture. Wise words influence our moods, educate us, and challenge us to do our best. Each is a mineral that blesses us with measurable strength, provides escapism, and assists us in defining our personal beliefs, while we refine our unique voices.

“We as humans could view ourselves as plants with a conscience; Earth’s organic matter and the messages contained in everyday speech/music function as fresh air, rich soil, clean water, clear sunlight, and beautiful sound. These gifts stimulate the change required for us to forge ahead when times are difficult. Each one must be protected by all means necessary. 

“In conclusion, I, Terrell X, invite you to be PLANT-BASED POETS. My only request is that you naturally identify as steadily-blossoming Humans Becoming, who assert that these practices resonate with you:
