If there’s anybody who understands the struggle between balancing the things we want in life versus those we genuinely need, it’s Carnage The Executioner. This time around, the consumer-of-all employs “Eat To Live” to further chronicle his pain…As well as give a glimpse into a few of his triumphs.

Eat To Live is the first official (visual) declaration to the masses of Carnage’s recent decision to be a Vegan – a decision he made just over two years ago.

The song and video are an admission of The Executioner’s ever-present, dark and abusive relationship with food. It also acts as a testimonial of his exploration into all things ‘taken in’ to satisfy a metaphorical and literal hunger that seemingly never ends (refer to the ‘beast’ in his Ravenous music video/image on the album cover). A melodic, suspenseful, bouncy, horn-stuffed banger celebrates Carnage’s successful change to living a less-negativity-absorbing-and-serving, meat-free lifestyle. His new motto: Eat to live… Don’t live to eat.
